What to expect for your first appointment
Why do we add an extra 15 minutes onto the initial appointment?
A detailed intake allows time for us to discuss treatment options going forward as many of our clients have complex case histories that benefit from a thorough discussion.
In addition the benefits of a massage can often be enhanced from silent attention during the treatment. Our dedicated pre-intake honours that process and creates a space to allow for you to fully reconnect with yourself.
If this is your first massage treatment at Prairie Spring Massage Therapy please allow for at least 15 minutes of detailed intake and assessment to ensure that the treatment is safe and that it is the most effective treatment for your condition or complaint.
If you would like to book in for 60 minutes of hands-on time then your first appointment will span 75 minutes.

Breast Health and Mastectomy Recovery
At our clinic, we prioritize breast health and mastectomy recovery with treatments grounded in the latest research. Our individualized approach focuses on your unique needs for overall health, wellness, and self-care. Initial Breast Treatment (45/60 minutes hands-on and up to 30 minutes intake) - $140 plus GST
Follow-up Appointment
30 Minutes - $80 plus GST
60 Minutes - $120 plus GST
90 Minutes - $150 plus GST
30 Minute Hand and Foot Massage - (Best used in conjunction with chemotherapy treatments to reduce complications of nerve damage, decrease nausea and increase overall wellbeing) $60 plus GST
Lymphatic Drainage Massage
These gentle, yet often profound treatments, work with your lymphatic system to reduce swelling and improve overall flow. You can expect a deeply relaxing treatment that can be focused on a specific area or used for overall health and wellness.
Initial Lymphatic Drainage Treatment (30 minutes hands-on and 15 minutes intake) - $85 plus GST
Follow-up Appointment
30 Minutes - $60 plus GST
45 Minutes - $85 plus GST
Pre/Post Surgery
We integrate these treatments into your personal recovery journey. Massage can be used to aid in the healing process and soften scar tissue. With care and skill we look to help you navigate this complex process.
Initial Surgical Treatment (60 minutes hands-on and 15 minutes intake) - $120 plus GST
