Welcome to Prairie Spring Massage Therapy

Building a Community of Support
At Prairie Spring Massage Therapy we believe that the best communities grow from a place of respect.
We are building something together and our foundation is rooted in the value we recognize in every team member.
Our strength develops from the connections we foster with each other and ourselves.
Our
Story
The winter on the prairie can be long, we are always so grateful for the spring.
This clinic is founded on principles of renewal and rest. Both are crucial in facilitating change.
Rest for our clients, so they have a place to grow, and rest for our therapists, so they may bring their best to each treatment.
We are inspired to be a positive change within the massage industry. One that is a network of support. We are working towards balance, for our physical and mental health.
We look forward to bringing you back to your best self.

Lymphatic Drainage
I am a 2200 hour Massage Therapist with 10+ years of treatment experience. I am trained to treat a wide variety of musculoskeletal conditions including TMJD, headaches, overuse injuries, as well as back pain.
My advanced training in lymphatic drainage is very useful for post surgical intervention. With a combination of massage and lymphatic drainage I can work with your natural healing process to reduce inflammation. Scar treatments can be useful later to reduce complications that are experienced by many clients that have undergone breast surgery and most other surgical procedures.
I look forward to working with you to help ease your recovery.

Therapeutic and Relaxing Massage Treatments
Pre/Post Surgical
I am a 2200 hour Massage Therapist with 5+ years of treatment experience. My practice covers a broad range of musculoskeletal conditions, from sports injuries and post-surgical recovery to overuse injuries and chronic pain. My advanced training in Active Release Technique, cupping, and RAPID allows me to bring targeted, restorative care to every treatment. I see massage as a partnership with the body’s own healing intelligence, guiding it back toward balance and function — whether you are a high-performance athlete or navigating the demands of everyday life. With over 4 years of experience teaching in the massage therapy field, I bring a strong foundation in anatomy and movement to every session, helping clients recover, perform, and feel their best.
