Prairie Spring Massage Therapy
Therapeutic Relaxation
Massage research has determined that there can be many benefits to getting a massage. Muscle and joint discomfort are some of the most common reasons a person will book a treatment but positive effects have also been noted for the nervous system, lymphatic system, and overall mental health and wellness. I am a massage therapist with the core training of 2200 hours and I have furthered my studies in Lymphatic Drainage Therapy, Craniosacral Therapy, and Breast Health since my graduation in 2015. The overall therapeutic benefits of treatment in each of these complex body systems can be applied as stand alone treatments or brought together for a more holistic approach as time and goals will allow.

Testimonials
Lynn
Erin has finger tips that seem to have the ability to see what is under your skin. They see your tension, your weakness, your need for a heavy or light pressure. The first touch is the connection. That is when I truly relax and let go.
